This person is not an insider and is not even a Little Monster and has no reason to lie. Of course things can change, but as far as I know, I have the date of "impact" for the single. But I can't say anything because I don't want this person who sent me receipts to get in trouble. He/she would kill me I'm Chloe. Except the C and the L are silent.
