No, it's all English My friends that have studied in the UK though (a lot of Americans study at your universities for like one semester) have learned the differences. I find it hilarious that someone wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a London/Newcastle accent for example but say, in France, there are many different dialects but it all sounds the same to us.
