In fact all of her albums except BTW and C2C is bubblegum mainstream cherry cherry boom boom pop music.

Nothing on TFM or ARTPOP is straight "bubblegum". I'd say she only has a handful of bubblegum type tracks in her discography, most of which are on The Fame.

The man who did that interview today saying LG5 is rock, just confirmed he was mistaken/ his quote was taken out of context and that LG5 is pop/sounds more like Gaga's hits.

Well that's good, but I'm sure it won't be just the usual Gaga sound, she will definitely deliver something new,one way or the other!

I mean, I absolutely love Gaga's music (obviously). But I was hoping for something a little different this time.

More of the same is not going to get her that critical claim that she needs to set her legacy in stone.

Hoping he's wrong and she has upped her game.

Just pray we won't get 'Dope' vocals for every song on the album, otherwise I'm good with any genre. :chica:

Come through Gaga. Release it already.

Does anyone actually know who the person tweeting is?! There is NO way her music sounds like past hits when she's working with Mark Ronson primarily, this person has no connection to Gaga :emma:

He hasn't heard the album or anything like that. I think he's referring to her "past hits" to make the distinction that it's a pop album and not full on rock.

How does he know though? Did I miss an interview?

Yes, he did a brief interview with Gaga at Tony's birthday. Here's the full article.

He later corrected himself on twitter saying he meant pop and not rock.

I just wanted something different.

If it really does "sound like her hits" and is just some Electronic Pop I'll probably just wait for C3C.

Although obviously it'll have some different types of influences since she's working with way different producers (except for RedOne) and learning a guitar for this record... :interestinga:

I guess we're back to square one.

One, five, ten lay a million on me
