In all seriousness what do you guys think? Why did she use an alter ego in her dark album. As unfortunate as it was, it was an add-on to the list of Gaga conspiracies from 2008-2011. You've got to remember, in that time, Lady Gaga was considered potentially the darkest pop star, with a suspicious, and sometimes, questionable past. This woman had every headline and every angled attention, all on her. She was the leading face, for every Illuminati theory. Rihanna was right behind her. A multi-persona artist, with disturbing/controversial imagery and accusations that she was a murderer. She made it a requirement for the predominant mainstream artists, in that time, to step up their game.
