djBuffoon 12,120
I'm no Ariana fan, but it is a great song. Which means that crappier tracks will continue to overshadow it. There is no accounting for the public's taste. The movies and songs which gain traction on a weekly basis are baffling.

TEANUS 15,043
The song itself came too early. Dangerous Woman still had a lot of life ahead of it on radio and iTunes. Then the music video was released too early, the actual radio release was too late, and lack of promo. The song itself could've been released as a promo single with a lyric video and still the BBMAs performance to help promote the album. Then release the song as the second single a la Dark Horse. Send the song to radio in late June and release the music video as soon as it reaches 30M AI. The Jimmy Fallon lip sync thing could've also been coupled with a performance on GMA. Plus a banner on iTunes during the release of the video wouldn't hurt, plus a spot on Hot Tracks. It's been easy to save IMO, they just haven't made much effort British social ladies with upturned pinkies, glasses clinking // xoxoTEANUS

memomemome 1,478
It's a grower song. So, I think itll got big as the radio catch up(ask cheap thrills) The other reason is the contemporary mood right now is something tropical/ soothing electronic, which may eclipse into you
donutellha 13,819
I'm just hoping it's a sleeper hit, like Cheap Thrills now! Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.

Klou 2,414
I keep repeating this... It's dance/pop. America lost interest in that genre a couple years ago.

Miracle 14,068
The song isn't a BIG FLOP. It's getting great radio airplay and decent streaming. It'll probably hit top 20 if lucky
