I really can't ever picture this actually happening and being done in a fair and orderly way. Impossible. I share the belief that improving black communities and giving them the skills to succeed would be the better way to go. Not just handing out money. I agree & this is why I personally believe that a national day of remembrance(for ALL Americans) who have been legally & systematically wrong by the federal government, would be a better way to go than reparations!!! Also, not one black person alive today has suffered the wrath of slavery (in the US), but they all suffer the scars left behind. This is why this is such a big deal.
