They still bash ARTPOP instead of supporting it and many of them didn't even buy a single copy!!! The nerve of them to even bash ARTPOP's sales. And yet, over time, ARTPOP keeps fighting--John Mayer praised it after about a year from release. Some songs keep popping up in playlists like Gypsy in hidden pop gems of iMusic or MANiCURE being in gym trainers' playlist, ARTPOP inspiring Miley's Ded Petz. Imagine if monsters actually supported the album and thank you for your support Flyin' like a 1000 Doves

TBH I have always loved this pic because the colors of the t-shirt match the ARTPOP colors, but I never even thought about it before I went to the event! It wasn't until I got home and looked at the pics that I realized the colors all match, lol. FATE. A truly reverse Warholian expedition.

TBH, if this place didn't go into meltdown mode/shade throwing so easily, I would be starting a lot more over-analytical threads about the various meanings/symbolism/ideas Gaga was exploring in ARTPOP. Sure, It may not have had the iconic hits of her past work, but it is an endless treasure trove of artistic ideas. 3 years later and I am still discovering new things about it (and her various inspirations). She truly scoured the art & pop world over 100+ years and infused ALL of it into this project. While yet, allowing the project to ultimately be a commentary on the absurdity of her own fame and a signal to her fans to express their creativity. And it all came to life beautifully at the artRAVE concerts. I mean, I have never seen brilliance in pop music to that level before. ARTPOP is truly the reason why I still stan after all this time. It did in effect become a meta-album about her decay. Sure, it may not be exactly how she imagined it, but in the end, she achieved her goal: people saw her naked, the girl past the covers, and they did not know how to react. They were scared, turned off, labeled her a flop and left those who stayed journeyed with Gaga aboard rocket number 9 to Venus and they experienced all forms of love--submissive, lust, the kind that's better than any jewel, discovered that they can survive despite all the slander of the media and people around then, that it's music not the bling, etc Flyin' like a 1000 Doves
