Why so much hate at Ronson?

I agree with you. People live for number ones here more so than quality. It's so obvious even though they hate it admit it. A number one is not promised no matter who she works with... I want something unlike her old work. If I want her old music, I could just listen to it.

No one, I repeat, no one should be worried that he's going to serve some funeral dirge music or rehash himself for the sake of it. He cares about the music he makes, and seems to deeply admire and respect Gaga. I have a feeling he'll do her good and try to deliver his best to her.

Personally, all I'm concerned about regarding him is that he uses brass instruments in his music a lot, and sometimes I don't care for it, but that's just my own personal taste. 

I don't get this. How can you not hear a strong tempo or rhythm in songs like these?: 

^It's so lush and catchy.

^Can't you see Gaga runway stomping to this?

I think Mark Ronson is the best idea Gaga has had in ages. And what do you mean he doesn't make #1 music?? What about Uptown Funk? What song has been bigger than that one in recent years??? Certainly none made by RedOne. And what about Rehab? That is one of the most iconic songs EVER MADE. PERIOD. New times need new ideas. I would love a new RedOne/Gaga track, that is as huge as Bad Romance, but let's keep our minds open for something new too. Truth is: the secret of longevity in pop music is the ability of reinventing oneself. ARTPOP failed exactly because Gags lost the timing for reinvention in that one. She won't make the same mistake again.

Like, you actually think Mark is this kind of artist that always makes the same kind of songs ? That would be DJWS. Plus, isn't he working with LADY GAGA, the girl who always wants something different from the others ? 

It's a great thing that she's working with new people. She should definitely ditch RedOne/DJWS/Garibay because there receipe is getting mad stale. The same goes with her previous photographers/directors.

 

Finally : why the fukc do you want a #1 ? To get back to being these annoying pretentious Gaga stans ?

I personally think they sound fine, especially considering that one is almost a decade old and the other is about 14 years old. Both have vintage leanings, one taking from 60s and the other the 70s, so calling something dated that takes inspiration from other decades just seems off because it's supposed to be a bit of a throwback.  I feel like "dated" has become such a stan world go-to buzzword. We've been living in a metamodernism kind of world since the 1990s. What is not currently dated? Tropical house? That esoteric noise that producer Arca makes?
