Nunavut has virtually no impact in the Canadian economy as a whole, its too small. But i get what ur saying. But This heated market includes all the metro cities around Vancouver and Toronto as well. Basically the two largest markets that make up like 50% of total realestate value it includes my area cuz i live near Toronto I wanna buy a house. That's amazing! 500k in my city gets you between 1.3k-2k, depending on the area. Then again, I live in San Diego so homes are really expensive. In USA thats about $850,000 In Toronto $500,000 will get u a small dump full of mold unless its in the outskirts, it can be slightly less inhospitable im praying for a crash so i can finally buy a house Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
