Sara 1,133
I've told my story before, but the short version is that Gaga was exactly the right thing at the right time for a critical moment in my life when I was trying to get the courage to make some major changes. 2009 through 2013 were the most magical years of my life for chasing my dreams, and it changed everything, and I will always give much credit to Gaga for that. I said in 2010 that if she never released another album or sold another record, I would always be a fan for what she had done already, and I meant it, and that's why I don't feel any need to demand that LG5 arrive on any schedule be her own. I have followed her on her artistic journey, and I have learned a lot! The arts and music programs at my public High School were cut to nothing, and college wasn't much better because I of the electives I chose. But Gaga has been my personal tour guide through learning about Pop Art, Jazz, Music History, and Fashion, and it's been the most meaningful things I've learned in my life! It's just weird how almost everything she loves turns out to be something I love too! Like a few months ago Gaga tweeted about the RadioHead song Burn The Witch and how much it meant to her, so I listened to the song and I had the exact same deep reaction! Definitely my favorite song of 2016 so far! And no, I don't like most things Gaga likes because I'm a blind stan. I just think we have some similar personality traits and we are the same age and have had similar experiences and similar hard life struggles. So I'm like Gaga with no talents and less personality. So I'm looking forward to what I'm going to learn next in my own artistic journey even moreso than LG5! (Well....until LG5 comes out and then I'm going to be bouncing off the walls!) Ronk 14,762
She taught me that kindness is about actions more than about words. By her own example she teaches that it is most important to actually show people kindness directly rather than just talk about kindness. And she has taught me that kindness must be unconditional, we must always be kind. Gaga has great brightness within her. We can help spread that brightness by being the examples for others to follow, just as Gaga is to us. I live outside the space time continuum.
