She could possibly perform well, the fan base is still very big and supportive. We need to adapt, purchase the single and endlessly stream it. I know Gaga will have the video up hopefully within a week or two of the singles release and will do some great promotion. But that can only do so much, the music has to be good and radio friendly and appealing.

Gaga's last released solo single peaked in the 70s on Billboard and was a complete and utter bomb. One of the worst selling singles by a pop girl EVER.  How did she go to 1M selling album a week (with a 99 cent discount of course) to selling close to NOTHING in 2014 only 3 years later?

2008-2012 was good, since then has been less great. The ARTPOP era was okay, the album was great but the promo was lackluster and the era ended too early. Only 2 singles were properly promoted. Then the cheek to cheek era happened which was okay but then the cover era began and has lasted way too ****ing long. Overall her career has been fine but it needs a decent length era with proper promo. She needs one!

I can officially say it's the first time I feel ashamed of this community.

Probably the majority of the people who are replying are not older than 16 for two reasons: lack of maturity and lack of personal life. But still, it's repulsive how what are called her fans say these awful and hateful things about her, her decisions, her personal life and, most importantly, her career. I'm not saying that we should praise everything she does (I don't like many things Gaga has offered during her career) but I don't think it's necessary to call her unrepairable flop, waste for not going to college and so on. 

The only thing we share on this forum is our love and appreciation for Gaga herself or for her music, so if you're going to constantly spread negativity and try to make fun of her, you should probably go and find another artist to support or even your own life. 

And by the way, answering to the topic, I am happy with Gaga's career. I think she has constantly tried to be faithful to her own creativity and artistry, she has always used her voice to stand up for many people who cannot stand up for themselves, she has put all her efforts to share amazing performances with the rest of the world and to make every single ticket for her shows worth the money, she has defended and established an almost never seen before relationship with her fans based on love and support, she has proved that she can actually evolve –something that many of her contemporaries who enjoy a lot of success haven't– and she has also showed a real affection and care for the music industry.

Only those things are way more relevant than number 1 singles –wait, she has that–, great selling albums –she has that too–, impressive tour gross –hmmm– and millions of views on VEVO –goddamn–.

I love Gaga. But she attracted me with Poker Face, LoveGame, and Just Dance. That's the Gaga myself and MANY others fell in love with.

She hasn't delivered for you since 2010 and here you are 6 years later? Lmao just give up for Your own good if she is so disappointing. I honestly don't care. She doesn't pay my bills.  Sales or relevance of an artist doesn't matter to me. The only thing that matters to me when it comes to an artist is if I like the music, but I do wish her success and happiness 'cause I do think she deserves it.

I enjoyed The Fame, The Fame Monster, and even Born This Way despite the messy era. I actually believe BTW is her best work to date. So miss me with your messy, ignorant, and invalid post.  

I obviously love Gaga, but I think it's so funny when fans try to deny her decline and downfall. Because of her mistakes, she is no longer at the top of her game where she once was and that's okay to admit. I'm here, still supporting her, because I've invested not only time but money into her throughout the past 6 years. Who are YOU to tell me when to give up and what to do?
