Haynes, whose other TV credits includeTeen Wolf, The Grinder and The Gates, joins an already stacked cast for Scream Queens season two. Jamie Lee Curtis,Niecy Nash, Keke Palmer, Lea Michele,Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Billie Lourd and Glen Powell are all returning from season one with John Stamos andTaylor Lautner joining the cast as (hunky) doctors. For season two, the horror-comedy will shift to a hospital setting after season one was set at a college. Curtis' character is now the head of a hospital and the girls are in medical school. Other details on the new season are being kept hush hush, but we can tell you this: there will be some nakedness. Colton Haynes isn't the only celebrity patient checking into the hospital on season two of Scream Queens. Saturday Night Live's Cecily Strong is also set to guest-star in the comedy-horror anthology series, co-creator Ian Brennan revealed Friday at Comic-Con. Haynes revealed his casting early Friday. New castmember John Stamos joked about his former Full House co-stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen also playing celebrity patients, but he quickly clarified it was a joke. "I can't even get them on my show," he said about the Olsen twins' decision not to appear on Fuller House. It was nice seeing their sister become an Avenger in Age of Ultron and Captain America : CW. You can keep Colton. For goodness sake, you've got John Stamos, apparently Harry Styles, possibly Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner and now literally everyone. Even Gaga might be in it, as she once planned to. He seems like the type to star in an original Logo TV movie. but I guess Scream Queens is the same thing. He irritated me in Teen Wolf (still crying because 6 is the final season). Those well-known individuals were in talks. I just hope they don't throw everyone in the show, like Marvel & Disney are doing with Spiderman : Homecoming and adding every Pepe, Dickie and Jane to the show for whatever reason. “For me, insanity is super sanity. None of the Scream Queens male cast got me interested (except Chad) so I just hope he dies quickly. The Olsens would be great in the series even if it's just for one episode.
