hmm 979 Posted July 24, 2016 Share Posted July 24, 2016 The title is probably inaccurate; more reliable sources (the BBC for one) coming out to say that there will be no blanket ban on the Russian team, but instead it will be up to the individual federations to decide on whether to ban Russian athletes for their specific sports.
