I never really liked her music and found her antics (anyone remember the meat dress?) annoying. But then I saw her tribute to Julie Andrews at the Oscars and she blew me away. That girl has pipes. I also saw how eager she was to buy Michael Jackson's wardrobe just so she could keep it together and preserve it well. It's rare to see today's artists show such reverence for former greats and seem to do so with the utmost humility and care.
