Only Drake, Rihanna and Justin Bieber are on all four lists.

Overall album sales are down 14 percent compared to the mid-year point in 2015 (100.3 million albums sold versus 116.1 million). While album sales keep on sliding, total on-demand audio and video streams maintain their growth. Combined on-demand audio and video streams rose 58.7 percent in the first half of 2016 to 208.9 billion (up from 131.6 billion at mid-year in 2015). Of that sum, on-demand audio streams comprised 113.6 billion in 2016 – up 97.4 percent compared to 54.5 billion at the mid-year point in 2015. On-demand video streams totaled 95.3 billion so far in 2016 – up 28.6 percent compared to 74.1 billion in the first six months of 2015.

I didn't realise how big that Flo Rida song was in the US :rip: I think I've only heard it once lol

Awesome that three albums have sold a million copies this year. Historically that would be quite tragic but for today's climate it's pretty good.

Never been a fan of Drake. His voice and attitude just bother the **** out of me and his music never connects with me. 

That being said, besides Beyoncé, Rihanna, Adele and "Sorry" by Justin, pop music has been a joke this year.
