I don't think they had much flexibility when it came to selecting a date to release Rise. It's supposed to be for the Olympics and it's reasonable that they want the track to gain momentum before it.

Of course she's talented. Plenty of acoustic performances that leave no doubt about that. So what if she's not Whitney when she's dancing, it's not like Gaga doesn't have any problems singing effortlessly when she's in a high energy choreo :smh:
