How random and epic is this Would you be happy if the money you paid on taxes would go to **** like this? Is this an expensive, symbolic warning to other countries? Does Guan Yu look bangable to you? Guan Yu is one of my favourite, if anyone here ever play strategy game, The Romance of 3 Kingdoms, you'll be familiar with him.
