Let's be real, Rise is going to go #1 for weeks and going to get billions of views. The fact that Katy is releasing new music is actually indicative of a new Gaga release being imminent because of their similar album generation times. I haven't heard Katy's or Britney's new single yet, but I have confidence that Gaga knows what she's doing and that her lead will triumph over theirs.
