It shows exactly where each writer contributed. For Gaga, any changes she made to Diane's original composition are made visible, but those only. We know those aren't many. Her main contribution was in production.

Whether or not she's credited, I'm happy for Diane and happy that the song made history  Some girls can't even do that with their most successful single.
