Tbh I never wanted to see the man slapped with charges of any kind unless it was proven without a shadow of a doubt that he assaulted her, I just wanted Kesha free from her contract. The fact that everyone says Luke is a dill hole and now no one will work with him is his/Sony's fault  they could've just negotiated another deal with Kesha but they treated her like a prisoner so

Don't forget that it was Evan Chandler, the dad, making the claims in '93 and Jordie only corroborated after being asked under a, then banned, dental anesthetic. And yes, the details that Jordie gave made no sense. If Michael had fought that case, he would've won easily. Then when Michael died, Jordie said he never did anything and he was sorry for lying...then Evan killed himself a few months after...

The Arvizo case in 2003-2005 was even more ridiculous  they had hit up others like George Lopez and Jay Leno (and a few more, some of which were witnesses for Michael). The kids' mom had put them through acting classes, they recited their experiences to the police like they were robots spitting out rehearsed lines (their stories were still full of holes and contradictions too), and the mom was erratic in court, especially when asked about her alleged welfare fraud.

Not to mention, a few years prior they robbed a J.C. Penney  the dad sent the kids out with a ton of stolen clothes and the mom accused security of sexually assaulting her when they detained her (and of course it went to court and she admitted to lying under oath).

He was acquitted 'cause they couldn't prove sh*t

Then recently they tried that whole "the police just released that they found animal abuse and child p0rn in his house in 2003" and everyone with half a brain knew right away that it was nonsense for many reasons, the most blatant being that if they had found that stuff, the Arvizo family might've actually had a case and Michael would've definitely been charged with at least possession of child p0rnography.

This is all extremely off topic, I'm just really defensive of my idol

Didn't Kesha state in a deposition that she was not raped by dr Luke. And then she wrote private letters of "we love you" to dr Luke after she was supposedly raped. And then suddenly at contract time she says she was raped, and provides no evidence. So which lie of Kesha's are we supposed to believe?

That'd be really unfortunate if he isn't guilty after all, like the whole situation acting as a huge repellant to people he could've worked with  If he is guilty after all then it is what it is and he had it coming eventually, and rightfully so
