I think there is a very good chance she will perform it. Every Gaga tour has a "piano" ballad section, so it's an easy one to include during that segment. 

But most of all, since TIHTY got virtually no radio airplay, I could see her adding it to the show so that more fans hear it and create their own memories with it. I'm sure she wants it to be part of her "legacy" but if the fans have no memories tied to it (other than the Oscars), that will be tough. So including it on tour is a way to help achieve this.
