By ATRL user Cyanide: The Collective Shift is a talent agency that represents artists such as Brandon and Inez and Vinoodh (among others), and the work from the agency has appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and many high end ad campaigns like Gucci, YSL etc. EDIT: More from Mindtrappa: Probably related to the meetings she's been having this week. The Collective Shift produce music videos for the most part, all of which are directed by Inez and Vinoodh... Also around the same time she did her roots after not touching them for months.
