Sanders to endorse Clinton possibly next week

The Sanders and Clinton campaigns are in talks about a possible event where Sanders would endorse the former Secretary of State, ABC News has confirmed according to sources close to the Sanders campaign.

Sanders’ endorsement of Clinton could come sometime next week, possibly at an event in New Hampshire.

While the Vermont senator has said he would vote for Clinton in November, he has withheld his endorsement of the presumptive Democratic nominee as the two campaign engage in ongoing negotiations over policy details for the Democratic Party’s official platform.

An event next week would directly follow the Democratic Party’s Platform Drafting Committee final votes over the weekend on their version of the policy document to be presented at the national convention.

It's cute how you are calling people concerned for the integrity of the American political and social sphere to be babies.

There's literally no issue more important than this, so stop being condescending to people who have their lives and livelihoods in the line.

Tbh I'd think that you as a Hispanic gay man would understand this more than anything.

I'm not. You just don't know how good you have it and are frankly being an ingrate.

In any case I'm glad you glossed over the actually important part of my post.

This is a Gaga forum. I myself assume everyone is gay :rip:

Anyway, I know how good I have it. However I don't particularly live in a Democrat state so I know what it's like to live under Republican rule as well ;) They're idiots but the Dems. still haven't convinced me yet for me to fully support them. They probably will in some time. As for now, I'm good. Not that it matters as my state has open primaries so you don't have to declare yourself part of any party.

I'm just saying. As someone not from the USA, I've seen how truly disgusting politics can be and the United States is heaven compared to back home so whenever I see people undermining the only political party that is actually achieving progress that will affect THE ENTIRE WORLD then I get irritated because it honestly just feels ridiculous.

Sorry if I seem hostile.

Well, since you wanted to bring up my ethnicity to incite some emotional sentiment, I think you should also consider how the Democrats can be viewed as hypocrites by many Hispanics.

Obama is the "deporter in chief" ..... he's deported many more people than even Bush did. A lot of people in the community I know view him as a hypocrite. I don't particularly feel that way but the facts can push people away from him and the party. Clinton promised to "not deport children"..... as if that won't happen lol.

The Dems. know they must get the minority vote and most Hispanics don't even look into politics enough to actually have some basic knowledge about the candidates so I'm sure they'll continue to get it no matter what.
