You know all these things you hear that Canadian always say sorry, that they are polite and nice, say "aboot", drink mapple syrup and bath in it? Well it's all true! I love it so much! I was talking to a friend (quebecer) today about this, she thinks that anglo are maybe more uptight and quebecers a bit too direct hence the impression of rudeness.
