Will Gaga use autotune on LG5?

If you ask me, one of the BEST sonic aspects of TF/TFM was Gaga's use of autotune. Of course, she did not "need" it, but it complemented the dance/synth sound perfectly. The overall aesthetic it provided was absolute sonic heaven.

It also became somewhat of the "trademark" sound of her 2008-2011 music.

Do you think we will hear it again on LG5? Or do you think that Ronson's "analog" sound for LG5 means no hint of autotune? And is that what we're REALLY worried about with the impending direction of LG5?

Only if the track really needs it, I'm here for her showing her vocal skills, what I do not want is her singing in the same way through all of the songs.

I hope not, I'm not a fan of how autotuned the fame was. And I think Gaga should only do it if the song is meant to have that kind of sound, like in heavy metal lover, the autotune is used to create a desired effect. Autotune is way overused in music today and guaranteed half the people in music today wouldn't be around without autotune. Every single singer out there is using it and depending on it way too much these days and kids don't even realize what they are hearing isn't raw vocals, it's all fake autotune and edited **** to mask poor vocals.

I at least want one track that showcases Gaga's vocal abilities. Kinda like MTN (BTW)has fast high belts, and Fashion!(ARTPOP) has that questionable held note.

Yall realize 99.9% of music is autotuned.  It's not that the artists necessarily need it it's just in terms of production it helps to have all instruments and sounds tuned perfectly.  It gives the producer/artist more control over the final product.  To answer your question: Will Gaga use autotune?  She fvcking better RT

Not in a like, enhancing her vocals effect kind of way like on TF, TFM, BTW, and ARTPOP, I'd imagine more how C2C was recorded.

If things aren't like... in tune production wise than Im totally here for that kind of miniature correctional use, that is VERY common, but things like out of tune vocals to me add character and im here for it.

Lana recorded every song of Ultraviolence on her first take with old timey microphones allegedly, something like that would be cool and raw to me, (though not with the microphones and tech :emma: )

Daft Punk's Random Access Memories was almost entirely analog and it had a ton of vocoder effects. You can do a LOT with analog.
