They're just waiting for this to have enough radio audience. Right now it's pointless to do US promo. She needs to promote in Europe though but Ari has suddenly became lazy af.

She'll probably do a medly just like her last vmas performance especially that the Nicki feature is the third single.

It's kind of late to promote now in Aus, she can still save the song in Europe though. She should avoid any US televised performance for now.

i don't think if flops though. it's still rising in BB hot 100. many songs nowadays start modest then hit the charts for a long period of time
