A ton of other credible sites (Entertainment Weekly, Spin magazine, etc) have reported its Rihanna so it's probably safe to say it's her.

 

It just sucks to cancel the COMPLETE festival just because one person dropped out. The show should still go on since I'm sure plenty of ppl weren't planning on seeing Rihanna's performance to begin with.

I am not following this issue so how am I supposed to know that other news outlets are reporting this and it's not even the OP? We are going by this article.
