Mostly because of people hyping and speculations. Once the whole May release speculation was false, I kinda just was so disappointed and pushed LG5 importance off to the side. Granted I've been preoccupied with gamer-y things, but I've just kind of told myself it's most likely not coming anytime soon. Maybe even next year. Some people may say, "oh that's dramatic, there's still a 2016 slate". For me though once I've accepted that it might not come anytime soon, it's number one, easier to deal with. Number two, if on the off chance it is coming soon and we just don't know it, it will be that much more of a surprise and excitement. I'm slightly clinging on to the hope of a release or announcement in August, but even then I'm just kind of, when it releases, it releases. The thing is... it's not like it is 2014 or 2015 and we are all upset that this album hasn't come (and hey look 2015 wasn't even that long ago). It's 2016, reliable sources (even gaga herself) said her album is being released this year, and stop with the C3C references being the album, because that is more Tony's album than hers. It's also July, we are over half way in the year. So much time is spent fussing over the fact that nothing from LG5 has surfaced, that we are making time go slower. I find looking for live performances i havent seen, even throwback gaga videos helps pass time. It certainly feeds the thirst, but I can thankfully refrain myself from the meltdowns. I had so much meltdowns up until May. Then I stopped thinking it's going to be released right away. I'm so much better off now. I still get episodes of impatience but only for like 5 minutes. It's gone as soon as I post some sarcastic self-loathing comment here I don't know about your stations, but here in Toronto, I hear TEOG at least every other day in chum fm 98.1.
