Melech 9,900
"„Fatah’s official Facebook page immediately posted his picture, declaring him a Martyr – ‚Shahid‚‘ the highest honor achievable in Islam according to the Palestinian Authority. WAFA, the official PA news agency, likewise honored the terrorist, referring to him as a Martyr – ‚Shahid.‘ According to Palestinian Authority law, the family of today’s murderer will immediately start receiving a monthly PA stipend that the PA pays to the families of all the ‚Martyrs.‘ The mother of the terrorist told a local Hebron news network that her son was ‚a hero‘ who made her ‚proud‘: Mother of terrorist Muhammad Taraireh: ‚My son is a hero. He made me proud. My son died as a Martyr defending Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, he [my son] has joined the Martyrs before him, and he is not better than them. Allah willing, all of them will follow this path, all the youth of Palestine. Allah be praised.‘“ http://www.mena-watch.com/fatah-erkaert-den-moerder-eines-13-jaehrigen-maedchens-zum-helden/ disgusrng
Ronlop 6,882
His mother is stupid as ****. "My son is a hero. He made me proud. My son died as a Martyr defending Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque" So sad that a murder of a 13 years old innocent girl is justified by alot of people. Didymus 34,380
It's important to note, though, that WAFA etc. don't even believe that these Palestinians did anything wrong. WAFA calls the stabbing Israeli army sources reported "alleged". Also, this news comes from the Palestinian Media Watch page which is obviously biased and never gives any direct sources, so I'm taking this with a grain of salt. I can't find any back-up for their claims online.

When you hear a mother say this type of ****, it's no surprise the child turns out to be like that. Well, have you considered that believing he is a martyr who will be rewarded makes it easier to cope with the fact that her teenage son is now dead and she'll never see him again? Ideas of martyrdom pop up in areas where people are systematically oppressed, to give meaning to the struggle. Not saying that washes away the acts of violence, but you can look at it in two ways. The ideas of martyrdom themselves can also be looked at as an expression of the hopelessness Palestinians in these areas are feeling. Which doesn't make them stupid, it makes them victims of their situations. It makes them human. And while that's scary to realize, it's the fastest way to realize the scope of the problem. The problem isn't just that Jewish settlers are being killed/injured, the problem is also that some Palestinians (even teenagers) are willing somehow to sacrifice their lives for doing it. That's how they give a purpose to their lives, because they don't find another. Not including that in our calculations is what's really stupid. kabirartfling 9,063
Some people are so drowned in judging other religions and communittees that they forget their own, this is a very harsh but honest depiction of how religious chauvinists are taking over the world. Let me clarify this,it is NOWHERE stated in quran that one can kill another human for whatever the reason may be. This is a crime, possibily the biggest sin itself. It might be her way to cope with the loss of her son but it's still stupid. It's stupid to think that murdering an innocent 13 years old girl at her sleep will defend Jerusalem and Al-Asqa Mosque. While the murder had no impact on Jerusalem nor the Al-Asqa Mosque. It didn't even make the Palestinians one step closer to their desired freedom. It comes from ignorance and stupidity. If this is what she managed to realize and learn from the death of her son and this incident in general then that makes her a stupid human being. I'll give you an example of a woman that went through the death of her own son as well. You probably know Rachel Fraenkel, mother of Naftali Fraenkel who was one of the three Israeli teenagers that were kidnapped and murdered back in 2014 by Palestinian terrorists. I believe she can be a role model to all the mothers in the world for her grace and composure which comes from her own strength. When her son was murdered, she didn't blame the Palestinians nor did she call for revenge. Her own quote: "“Even in the abyss of mourning for Gilad, Eyal and Naftali, it is difficult for me to describe how distressed we are by the outrage committed in Jerusalem – the shedding of innocent blood is against morality, is against the Torah and Judaism, and is against the foundation of the lives of our boys and of all of us in this country,” [Rachel Fraenkel condems revenge killing, offers condolences] Her way to cope doesn't include the support of murdering innocent people. Why can't it be the same for the mother of Muhammad Taraireh? Her education which later on passed to her son is simply flawed and...stupid.
lego 44,165
And so the demonization of entire people begins, once again... Not that it justifies what happened, but you would never post or mention that he was upset about his cousin's killing by the IOF. "Following the killing of Hallel Ariel, Israeli forces raided Tarayra’s home and arrested his father. In a video interview, Tarayra’s mother told The New York Times her son’s cousin Yousif was killed by Israeli forces three months ago. When Israeli forces raided their family home, they confiscated pictures of Yousif. Muhammad Tarayra has reportedly been grief-stricken over his cousin’s death." https://electronicintifada.net/blogs/charlotte-silver/israel-vows-seize-more-land-after-girl-slain-settlement and then these incidents, which never get main headlines, because victims were Palestinian. "Last Friday, Israeli forces opened fire at the teenage driver after she crashed her car near the entrance of Kiryat Arba. Some witnesses believed it could have been an accident. Video of the incident shows al-Khudour’s red car speeding across several lanes of traffic and charging into people waiting for the bus. Her slaying came shortly after Israeli forces fired on a car full of teenagers returning home from a night of swimming and celebrating Ramadan, killing 15-year-old Mahmoud Badran. The Israeli army later admitted it had made a mistake." and what is Israeli reponse? More demolitions, more collective punishment and more land theft. "Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also announced that he would revoke the work permits of Tarayra’s relatives and demolish his family’s home." THIS NEVER HAPPENS WHEN VICTIMS ARE PALESTINIANS AND THE MURDERER IS JEW. The best thing to do is leave them all always homeless, that will make them love Israel more and not revengeful at all, right? "Uri Ariel, Israel’s agriculture minister who has in the past called for building a Jewish temple in place of Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa mosque, blamed Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas for inciting violence. Despite such routine accusations from Israeli leaders, the Israeli army continues to cooperate closely with Abbas’ PA security forces to control the Palestinian population under occupation. “Our vengeance is [continuing] to build on this land,” Ariel, who is Hallel’s relative, warned in a video interview with The New York Times. Ariel told Israeli media that “There will be Israeli sovereignty from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea,” meaning that Israel would never end its occupation of the West Bank. “We have to employ very tough deterrence measures, such as expulsion of families, ending monetary aid, seizing money,” he said. “By doing this, and by carrying out a fitting Zionist response by construction and planting, we will bring about more quiet in the region.” Malachi Levinger, the head of the council for the Kiryat Arba settlement, one of the most militant colonies in the West Bank, promised to build more homes." The loss of a son is painful for every mother in the world. The pain is the same. Whether it is for Rachel Fraenkel or her. Yet, Rachel didn't support any murder of innocent people or violence and even condemned the murder of innocent Palestinians. It takes alot of strength. The mother of Abu Srour (he is also considered a "martyr" by the Hamas by being a suicide bomber) herself said that she has no problem with Jews and did not support her son's action. Why can't the mother of Muhammad Taraireh learn from her? I get that there is anger towards Israel since they grew up with the knowledge that Israel are the bad guys. But a person that supports any murder of an innocent human being is cheating on his/her own morals.
