Ronlop 6,882
Gaga being invited to talk about serious issues while the only thing she's noticed for by the Dalai Lama is, yet again, her outfit. Isn't it ironic? I think it illustrates the whole event and Gaga's contribution in it perfectly. What do you think? Share your opinions below! Didymus 34,380
What else did he have to notice her for? Contradicting analogies about apples and organs, and simultaneous "pointing fingers is the invention of external evil!"/"we need to point out the bad seeds!" logic? Major disappointment, especially in the sense that she was there to represent her foundation and she didn't say a word about it, more content with blabbering on about impractical idealism that the audience couldn't use for ****. Swan Heart 7,382
I don't complain. They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

Lord Temptation 11,209
Gaga cares more about the next generation than us who refuse to change our wicked ways. Of course we don't appreciate her and what she has done. We don't get it.
brendablethyn 536
She did let us down with what she wore, it was not appropriate for an audience with His Holiness. Those jeans are suitable for a formal occasion like that.

Curio5 516
The theme of the conference was about the importance of compassion and kindness in an increasingly hostile society ... they highlighted this by showing 2 short videos in the beginning. And this is what LG and the Dalai Lama spoke about. It wasn't anything immaculate or transcendent ... and it may have sounded redundant and trivial .... still they were on point and did not deviate from the subject. According to the presenter LG was invited to join the discussion panel because (1) she has a huge social media influence (2) her involvement with the BTW foundation which helps to empower youths, embrace differences, and inspire kindness and bravery. Whether you believe her or not, LG seems to be genuinely concern about these principles. She probably considered it a privilege to be able to speak on this to such an eclectic crowd. Kayla 7,595
Some people tear her down for the weirdest of things. I think it's great Gaga did this. It shows, once again, that she's more than a person who tweets about wanting peace- she actively participates in efforts and discussions to achieve it. I couldn't be more proud of Gaga after all she's done.
