did you know him personally :(

Yes. We were friends. Honestly, the reason why my attitude changed. I was going through a mental breakdown and only thought about suicide. His positiviness and attitude was so contagious tho that it stuck with me. We kept in touch throughout the years, but I selfishly stopped this year due to work. I wish I hadnt, but now it is too late for regrets.

This made me tear up. We all know the victims were a lot and we all know what a terrible tragedy this was, but when you put names and faces to it you realize how real this is and how it affected hundreds of family, friends and co-workers. So sad...

Honestly couldn't keep going after Gaga's part- a little too much for me. I'll watch it all someday.

Big kudos to the team who made this video. The amount of effort so many people have put into actually humanizing all these people for the rest of the population makes me really, really happy. That kind of doesn't happen with hate crimes, especially hate crimes against predominantly POC individuals, so this is a nice change.

3 points in and ready for more

So sorry to hear about this.

I have a few friends that were friends with Dru. And he went to high school in the same County as me, where a friend of mine was in the GSA that he established. It's hard when you disconnect with someone and lose the chance to reconnect. But a connection still remains ❤

If you are feeling upset and even relapsing a little bit from this tragedy, go out there and connect, or even talk to someone. I am so proud of Orlando and how many free places for grief counseling have been put in place around town. You can even connect with friends and family, and friends and family of Dru.

I live in Orlando too, so of you still live there I would love to offer my hand, shoulder, ear, and friendship.

Thank you Gaga, Demi and Kid Cudi.

But where are the other musicians?

Actually, most of the celiebreties here are people who worked or will work with Ryan.

Maybe he was the one who made this posible and asked his friends to help him

That's very possible. Or maybe even he and Lady Gaga came up with the idea together. If Lady Gaga asked her friends in the music business to participate it means that only Demi and Kid Cudi said yes. Which makes me upset at most pop singers today who don't stand up for anything unless they're promoting a new record
