I wonder if they will put higer safety measure like it's the case rn in Europe. This is so horrible no one is safe anywhere! The thing is, the Atatürk Airport in Istanbul is one of the safest airports in the whole world and they still managed to attack parts of it. This is so horrifying. The weird thing is that just yesterday the Turkish government decided to cooperate with Israel and Russia to fight against enemies like ISIS. It is most likely them. So sad Yes, guns are a problem, but this attack was mainly carried out through suicide bombs and grenades. There is absolutely no reason to make this attack about something that has little to nothing to do about it. Turkey doesn't have mass shootings every other day. Compare the statistics to the US' and you will see that your reply to this thread is a little insensitive. By the way, there's another shooting in Denver right now. Oh wow I didn't know it was one of the safest, it's incredible! Now you mention that Turkey would cooperate with Russia and Israel it does make sense they would be a target. I hope they can make it safer but I guess the risk 0 never exist! There was also another one last week. Wrong. The attackers used guns and opened fire on people. They only used bombs once they knew it was over for them. Theres video. The issue here is radical Ideology. Weather its with bombs, guns or glow sticks they will kill people. And Turkey has had mass shootings. bombings all year from 2 terrorist groups.... We dont have nearly has many mass killings/attacks in the USA. My only point in pointing iit out was that that country knows terrorist kill people while we argue over what weponds are being used.... Edit: im watching the news and nothing is going on right now in dever... If you mean this it was a traget shooting towards one person according to this. Countries need to punish extremists harder. In my country there were teens celebrating a terrorist attack and police just let them. As if that's gonna get rid of future extremists... I don't even think educating on extremism will be effective, look at how most muslims react to homosexuals. It's the environment they grow up with that needs to be tackled.
