Stewful2929 786
The mayor thing was great. Every picture she's in she's not smiling, and seems mad though. I just don't know, ugh wish I knew what was up or how to help her

A tiny bit maybe- but expecting alot of her is a good thing, put her on the pedestal, now use your paws down lil monsters forum to hold her accountable!!! Lord Temptation 11,209
As long as Gaga is doing what she loves then I am happy. I have my own life and passions too, Gaga is just one of them. Why wait for something and get upset when you don't get it when you can just enjoy the moment?

"may be too high" God himself would disappoint you, Didy But it's ok, you provide a break from the echo chamber that is the stan world 🌸Flourishing and vibrant🌼

Though, on the other hand, I've stanned more than anyone here for such simple things in her career Where were my Little Haters when I made 5 threads about how fabulous the Venus performance @ Graham Norton was Where were they when she collaborated with Robert Wilson Where were they when she released Dope as a promo single

The one true stan. The one that believes in Gags enough to show her tough love, criticism, and give her the cold shoulder when she's singing Do What U Want to you at the artRAVE Looking forward to your LG5 threads 🌸Flourishing and vibrant🌼

KURUSHITOVSKA 20,451
There's 2 things here. 1 I Iove when powerful artists take it to humanitt things, political, etc. Remember Dont Ask Dont Tell? Thank her. It's always good that they make something good for the world when they have the power. Others just take their coke, slap a girl on the face and spend their money... 2 Gaga being kind of ungrateful to her fans? Yes. Because it's been more than 6 months since she talked about her music and it's kust taking so long since she seemed to care about it and keeping us with her. We are here thanks to her music, she is an artist and what we loved from her at first was that concrete product. She can be an actress, a politician, whatever, and I love it so much when she just does what she wants, but you can't keep me forever by your side when you've been giving me the pop music that I love for 7 years and then you decide to do a jazz record, a movie or wharever and spend 3 years with that. Cheek to Cheek was so great, but of course I won't like it as much as Born This Way, and as I said, it's been so long since she actually talked about her own music. I don't mind if she does CTC2 of course, as I didn't mind AHS, but I didn't mind it because I expected her to release music soon after it. She used to be tweeting us a lot, and now all her tweets aren't related to any kind of what they used to be. She used to take a lot of time to sign and take pictures with fans, and now it seems she doesn't care anymore. It's like being a top for 7 years with your boyfriend and then just decide to be a bottom (this is serious xD). Your boyfriend will respect it for some time, he will enjoy it, but it's not what he's used to and he will get tired of it and will look for another top. ¿Qué currículum tiene ésta tarántula? mic 1,415
The only thing that's not right to me is that she tries to specialise in fields she is not best suit for. So it kind of irks me she uses that world class entertainer badge to do everything apart from good original music. Watching the yesterday's event I had this vibe of old forgotten popstar coming from her.
Lord Temptation 11,209
Everyone seems to be stuck in the past or the future. Gaga is all about today. Using The Fame to talk about kindness - especially in the world that we live in - is not a statement as much as it is a bold move of passion.
Killa 17,460
The problem here was that i already expected her to go full classy, very safe and clean and she did just that. Expected her to be neutral and she did just that, say something beautiful that passes as inspiring but it's just rethorics and adds nothing new, and she did just that. It's just a bit underwhelming and everything she does lately just shows a Gaga that is a bit afraid, bit too conservative and could be a bit more informed. I keep waiting for some real input and nothing. I'm afraid this is not what the world needs now, as much as i love her work. The message won't come across. I just pray she gets her confidence back and doesn't just try to fit.

But I can't help but notice that every time she does go political, some uninspired, confused, contradictory mess comes out. That's what bugs me. Theven contradictions don't bother me. However the constant preaching and whimsical vocabulary about 'loving each other' doesn't actually do anything. She just repeats the same quotes in any interview and there never seems to be much substance behind it. It's almost expected for any interview Gaga has relating to world events or political to be comprised of 'Spread compassion, love each other, don't bully'. Nice words but no meaning and no substance. The hardest thing in this world is to live in it
