And I never said I don't support POC LGBTQ. Silly. Incorrect. You perceived it as that way and I already stated that it wasn't and if you RE-READ my post then you'd find out. You speak out against BLM, then you speak out against the POC LGBTQ community. 1 minute ago, PicklePower said: They shouldn't be protesting/screaming/whateverthe****they'redoing about their blackness. They shouldn't be protesting PERIOD at an LGBT event. They should just enjoy it and not make it about their race. Attention wh0res. Ethnic POC LGBTQ should be speaking out and being more vocal. I think you just feel uncomfortable. Barbie elitist - Weaboo - Sissy

Plus this lowkey doesn't shock me since homophobia is common in the black community but still. What??? This had nothing to do with them being "homophobic". They were saying that the police force is still a threat to queer POC and that they they need to fix that, if you had bothered to read the article you would realize that this was 100% pro queer. Actually, it's entirely about queer POC. It's a black space just as much as it is a queer space. The first wave of queer pride was led by trans black women. But that's not fair either because they were putting the focus on BLM (away from LGBTQ) AND only on a specific subset of people of color. Their dream is great. It's just their approach is in bad taste and I think you just really need to admit that. I agree that what they did was wrong since they were being disruptive and didn't, from what I can see from the video, maybe abrasive but that's it. Promoting BLM at a Gay Pride event correlates in my opinion especially since these individuals were POC LGBTQ. At my pride, there was a Black Trans Lives Matter float and no one bat-eyed them one bit. Barbie elitist - Weaboo - Sissy

Mast 980
Honestly if you're white, you shouldn't even be trying to make a comment on this. As a queer POC, the protesters brought up legitimate issues that need to be protested, even tho I wouldn't have chosen to protest at this specific event, they have a right to protest in behalf members of their own community who are queer. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the protesters were also queer.
