Bernie Sanders recently gave an interview today with C-SPAN, and he had this to say about his potential chances on being the democratic nominee...

I don't mean to insult, but I watched the video, and I find the title was meant to be the most click-bait/anti-bernie as possible.  Sorry, but he just said a lot more important thing in those three minutes than him knowing he's not going to be the nominee.   Himself talking about not being the nominee lasted around 20 seconds, while the rest was about trying to make progressive steps in the democratic party with clinton and himself. :emma:

edit: the title has changed since this post was posted.

Not that I wouldn't mind some of his proposed progressive steps, but they're meaningless because there is nothing else he can influence at this point.

Well we've heard everything else he said in the video/interview before, but NOT what he said about being the nominee (hence the title) in the first place.  :usrs:

??? Of course there is. I'm hoping he starts some sort of progressive foundation so he can continue to push for more change in politics.

I watched the entire video and completely agree with everything he said.

The Democrat party clearly rigged this election in the favor of the candidate that they had decided was going to be president more than a year before the primary election season even began.

Sure but I'm talking about the election.

Still you massively overestimate how much that can have an impact either. It'll be another lobbying group among many.

Dozens of studies have shown that he was never going to win no matter what. That Bernie failed is a result of his own decisions and failures, particularly his decision to ignore issues that aren't economic in nature that matter to minorities and other demographics, as well as his complete failure to collect votes in the South which ultimately gave Clinton a massive lead.

Honestly you and others need to get over this. At this point it's getting pathetic. Stop making excuses for why Bernie failed and start looking for ways to carry on his message through action in the appropriate channels.

Hillary's going to come out on top just like she won 3/4 of the final 12 primaries.
