More Proof Beyoncé doesn't actually write anything. She just gets credit for being a jr a&r

We know exactly how she works from people in those writing camps, so I don't get why everyone pretends like we're still kept in the dark and are still meant to believe she's taking credit for something she doesn't do. That's not true.

We know from multiple sources she's heavily involved creatively, while still relying on other creative people. No one's praising Beyoncé for being a fantastic songwriter, so I don't get why people feel this constant need to crap on that dimension of her career.

Well if you get credit as a songwriter, you should've at least contributed to the lyrics/melody. Not just edit the song. Don't understand why you felt the need to address me when my comment was as civil as it gets on this site

Beyonce has already been praised by her collaborators for her level of involvement and input. We all know that she has writing camps, it's not a surprise that this is how it works so it's funny to see the same pressed stans running in here with their tired jokes.

I think this is very interesting and it's impressive how Beyonce re-interpreted the original meaning of the song (possibly without knowing) and placed it perfectly within the concept of her album. If some of you desperate morons actually watched and considered the video before running in to "shade" and get your likes you might have found it of some interest too :madge:

I think what is interetsing here is the publicity, and the marketing tactics form her team.. although she didnt write/co write  an labum at all., in the media everyone present this labum as something verry personal authentic and honest,... not to mention media titels and wars about did really her husband cheat on her, which was assumption based on the lyrical content, only added to the drama- which boost sales even more.

I undesrtand not everyone can be talented songwriter, but in the end lyrics are vital part of the music, and when you stand for artist you feel conected based on their feeling/ words/ thought whatever... thats why for me i connect more and appreciate more people that write their own material, their music is THEIR final product and if i like it i support it.  I can appreciate someones voice-its a talent i, but when your only conturbution is vocals,  than thenically song is not yours, and that there is that wall that separates you form the work that holds your name even tho you are not verry involved with the song... might aswell call it a cover of someone elses effort

Darn it, I accidentally deleted my proper post. No way of recovering it either. I just said that Ingrid seems to have a really cool, straight-talking style. And how it really shows that there's a lot more going on in these "personal" projects than meets the eye and even as a Beyonce cynic, I was surprised by this. If most of Beyonce's tracks are indeed formed like this (Ingrid basically wrote the whole thing), then her name being there doesn't mean much at all. So, what do outsider credits really count for anymore?

Connection went weird, refreshed, ended up double posting. If mods could delete this, that would be great.

To be fair, just like you and me can find a personal meaning for a song, so can she.
