Gang violence shouldn't count for this. They're not trying to push an political agenda expect for politics between gangs which affects no one outside the gang. I am not a a misguided the-world-is-filled-with-good-people buffoon since I live in an Islamic country myself. Most of the people I am surrounded by would never accept the killing of an innocent soul, regardless of whether it is Sharia Law or not. You are too blind to realize that Islam is wider than just ISIS and their supporters, who do not represent Islam and my people at all. In fact, they are more open-minded than you can ever imagine given who you choose to be influenced by to form an image of Islam. Additionally, the constitutions that we live under do not represent the majority of our ideals, and the most prominent countries that come to mind when the word "Muslim" is mentioned spuriously abide by the true Islamic values. Don't speak for me. I'd be outraged if I got shitty neighbors, but if people were moving in from bad neighborhoods to seek a better life away from crime and fear I'd be the first person on their doorstep with a plate of cookies welcoming them to the neighborhood, love.
