Then ARTPOP would have been her follow up after the Fame Monster. It would have been acclaimed by the masses and received the Grammy and  the number 1 singles it deserved.  :diane::diane:

I think that it would do the same (commercially) if Gaga was as relevant as she was back then.If not.Then it would sell like 3-4m
