BTW was the fanbase divider, remember when people didn't like the official album cover? Remember how many people got so mad but others were like YASSS GET IT GURL?! But I see what's going on. I feel like between eras, we all come back together like putty and discuss possible album cover concepts, titles, genres, producers etc. - and then when the era comes to it's final product, people get pressed and the rest are getting their life but eh that's my opinion.

I'm at the point where I honestly don't care what kind of sound she goes for, I just want new music. Whatever she decides to release i'm sure i'll enjoy as I do with anything she puts out

It's honestly hard to say if LG5 will have much Pop on it considering she is working with Tame Impala and Mark Ronson now. I know RedOne will be but with this album in a more rock direction, do you think it will even have any pop on it?

Some people loved it and some people hated it. And the reason they loved it or hated it was mostly because of its genre. Now this leak could be fake, but even then it is obvious that Gaga is going for a very similar direction to these leaks. So I just feel like many people are not ready for Gaga to go for such a drastic change in sound. Many here don't like rock music and many others expect Gaga to only have minor rock influences like she has previously done and not full and complete rock songs.  Now, I could be wrong but I do feel this could be the case.

Rihanna did the same with ANTI noone expected it to sound the way it does. Everyone expected for bops like BBHMM. But her fans stood by her and still loved it alot of the general public may not understand it to well. But the album is still very successful. And Gaga will have a drastic change in sound, I know she will have some dance disco funk type songs, rock ballads, and some obviously something sort of trippy rockish since shes worked with blood pop and tame impala. But if any fan turns her back like alot have for ARTPOP, then they are not true fans. 

 

A true fan stands by everything she does. Gaga does not repeat the same things to maintain making hits. She's a human and an artists always changing and evolving as does her music.

I think it really all started with ARTPOP it wasnt just fans that betrayed her. But alot of her friends, people she knew. She wasnt surrounded by good influential people back then, they were using her for profit. She had so much pressure to stay on top, thats why the ARTPOP era kind of ended quickly. Alot of fans turned their backs on her, especially when we didnt get a video to every track or "ARTPOP ACT II" ARTPOP is my fav from her thus far. Especially since Applause was released the day before my bday  lol I firmly believe LG5 will bring in tons more fans, older people as well probably more adults. Since doing work with Tony Bennett and the national anthem, the general public want Gaga back. So the music will bring in a WIDER audience, it wont be just us true fans supporting her but the general public. Gaga will come through, we all have set backs when it comes to life, she overcame alot and now shes reclaiming her own thrown that others tried taking from her. When LG5 drops, the world will shake to its core. Tik tik tik tik Tik BOOM!
