If you meet Gaga during LG5 era will you still ask for a photo?

Since the a new era will soon be upon us (when LG5 is released at 11:59pm Dec 31 2016 :derpga:) many of us might get the chance to meet Gaga as she promotes and tours for her new album. In light of her recent Actors on Actors interview with Variety, will you still ask Gaga for a photo if you get the chance to meet her? In the interview, Gaga speaks about how the most isolating part of fame is how she is often unable to make authentic connections with people, and how a 'moment dies' when people go to take a photo of it. Also, she speaks about how she doesn't need constant praise and worship, and how she'd rather just have a normal conversation with people (we can assume she's referencing her fans.)

If you meet her, will these statements make you refrain from taking a photo and attempt to have an 'authentic' moment with Gaga? Or will you say f**k that, I waited my whole life for this, Imma get my damn photo? :staymad:

Also, will you still take lots of photos/videos with your phone at her concerts? Or will you try to live in the moment? Personally I hope I can strike a balance between the two. Thoughts?

Yes, I would still ask for a photo. But I would try and have a meaningful conversation and only ask for it at the end so it doesn't affect our experience meeting.

I would take a photo and said to everyone else around her that they should stop taking them because it kills the moment

Bonkers

That's a great question.  I was thinking about it too, and I would probably stick to one quick statement because there's no way to convince her I'm being real in just a few seconds.

I'd probably go for both the 'moment'/convo and the photo. I don't really agree with her sentiment of taking a selfie "killing the moment". She's taken selfies and photos with many stars and posted them on her account, did her 'moments' with them die too?

If all people want is a photo then that's probably frustrating as she's not just there to stare into cameras all day, but of course people will want to capture that memory.

I suppose it depends on the circumstances of the meeting, but yeah I'd definitely try.

Dunno. I guess meeting her will be enough for me, a picture kinda sounds like "lemme post this on social networks so everyone knows I met her".

it wasn't laaaahv

Nah. I'd do more with the memory of a hopefully stimulating encounter/conversation.

I'd be happy with a simple picture of what she looked like, but not with me in it per se. That would hopefully be enough to keep the memory alive and fresh.

My friend takes a ton of photos just so she can have them. But I do agree that a lot of people take pictures just so they can brag about what they are doing.

Yes because I will probably never see her again, I wantto capture that moment. We can still have a deep conversation and all of that.

Omg I laughed :rip:

Honestly tho, it IS Gaga. Hiw the heck are we gonna have meaningful convos with her when most of the time she lets her fans see her is during public outings, when she is being followed by PAPARAZZIs. How am I supposed to have a deep convo with her during the two minutes she gives us while fans in the background are yelling YAS MAMA! YOU LOOK SO GOOD MAMA? :awkney: I mean, if I get to meet her in an alley then I rather have a conversation with her, but I dont see how taking a pic at the end would be a problem. Ive done it with a singer named LIGHTS and we had a long convo and afterwards, she was happy to let me take a pic of her and I. Just cuz youre a huge celeb should not change that.

And your last question: Whether it is Gaga or any other singer, I usually take pics/videos during the first ten mins of the concert and then I enjoy the show. Usually other people put videos of the show anyway.

The fake fans in here wow.

:derpga:

Still half-serious :diane: Gaga literally makes her wishes known and y'all don't care. One more mark on my list of how I, the supposed Gaga hater, am a better fan than you flops :nick:
