If Gaga shades its because she is replying back to people who have shaded her. Well this was to Miley, who's never been rude to Gaga: I think she said something else about Miley regarding dreads- like Miley posted a pic of them and Gaga randomly re-shared a photo of her in dreads on the ARTPOP chair or something.
