Gaga is ultimately as Stefani defines her at any point.  As a projection at any time of what Stefani wants to be Gaga is 100% real. 

Fans lock onto a specific period and try to make that "Gaga" the "real" Gaga for all time.  Then they are creating the idea of Gaga themselves in spite of what the "real" one is doing, and they feel conflict when Stefani's Gaga doesn't sync with their mental one. 

And the constant factor is that Stefani has always defined herself as a performance artist.   It's delusional to think that Anything we consider to be the "true" Gaga is ever the complete picture.

That is sad tbh, that actually means Gaga is one star in universe and could be everything and everything always

When it comes to music, she wasnt always the most secure in that alot of people judged her and didnt believe in her. But her friends called her Gaga, she uses Gaga as her creative outlit to be fearless, because to us Gaga is the person who has helped us be fearless and lifted our spirits. Of course she is Gaga but shes also stefani as well. I think you misinterpreting what she is trying to say.

I made it because nowdays it seems she is not 101% sure she really is, like she was in the past. I did not say she said she is not Gaga anymore nor do I think that is what she is trying to say
