I am telling people to get informed. There is no reason they shouldn't be informed. I am sorry for your loss, but it's unfair to accuse me of something just because I'm telling people to know their rights. Knowing your rights is not against the law. It seems as though English is not your first language, and if that is the case it would explain why there is a misunderstanding. Be informed, know your rights, drive sober.
