With Gaga doing AHS and releasing LG5 later this year, she wont have time to promote C3C and thus, it will FLOP. The reson c2c did well was because it benefited from promo + holiday sales, but if she's dropping LG5 in Q4, the album promotion for both albums will interfere. I doubt Gaga wants another fail stain attached to her name, ESPECIALLY right before the launch of her pop comeback and because of all the work she's put in to rebuild her image these past 2 years. The anticipation for her pop album would die down considerably if she releases that jazz **** a couple of months before LG5. She should lay low and not do anything musically UNTIL she's ready to drop the first single off LG5 (hopefully around aug-oct). I don't understand where this jazz album dropping in August came from. like literally delete it fat. Cheek 2 Cheek worked because she had no other commitments other than the ArtRave (which was already about to end anyway) and all her attention was focused on it. C2C was a success. It would be stupid for her to follow it up with a flop sequel. Just ****ing wait till 2017 or something. People, specifically fans, thought releasing C2C was a bad move for Gaga, for them it doesn't make any sense, and that the album will flop but it turns out it helped her instead get her redemption, commercially and in terms of acclaim. Gaga promoted c2c for MONTHS - up until the Grammys. That's 5 months of PROMO. The same thing won't happen with c3c BECAUSE she will be releasing a pop album in the same time frame. But I'll be here for her either way Tbh, she should to jazz renditions of her pop songs (a la Bad Romance at that rich white people event she went to a month or so ago.) C3C will not do as well commercially because it'll be a 'sequel' to the original, but I can bet promoting it or not will have little impact on overall sales. Jazz is a small market anyway, I'd call 100k sales a success tbh. No matter the outcome of this album, it's not going to be a fail stain, even if it sells 10k copies. She loves singing Jazz, she loves working with Tony. She's not doing it for the recognition, she doesn't do any of this for the recognition, and as soon as some of you fans understand that the happier your fandom will be. Lowkey hoping this second Jazz release drops a bomb on the industry and she takes 6 months out to tour and promote just so some of you have to suffer through the wait of LG5 even longer. Cheek to Cheek was a complete era promoted at various TV shows and even at the Grammy awards, if she's releasing LG5 at the end of the year, these promotion media will surely be given to LG5 instead. To you maybe, but you seem like someone who's gonna cry themselves to sleep if LG5 isn't #1 on the charts when it's released. It'll still be more successful than most Jazz albums released in the last 10 years if it only sells 100k. Now, with all of that said, stop caring if an albums flops or succeeds. Care if she's ****ing happy doing what she's doing, my god. Stop letting your selfish need for new music you enjoy cloud the idea of her being happy...because it's becoming very apparent you don't care about her.
