A candidate MUST make the 15% threshold in order to receive some. - Votes - 69% in. Though it's unlikely to happen, Hillary could win the nomination tonight if she gets enough of the vote in Puerto Rico. And I have Hillary at 2323 delegates, needing exactly 60. My source is CNN. If she wipes out Bernie tonight (at least 86%) in PR like she did in the Virgin Islands last night, she will clinch tonight. Exciting. First female Presidential Nominee from a major Party. Yeah, the counts are slightly different depending on which source you use. My count came from NBC, though I've no idea which is more accurate. She actually has 1807. Superdelegates haven't voted (neither have pledged delegates for that matter) but many of them have publicly declared their support for either Hillary or Sanders. Hillary will be declared the nominee if her pledged delegate count plus the count of her superdelegates hit 2,383.
