ReidOne 12,427
I'll try to state this succinctly... out of 16 possible personality types, my Myers-Briggs personality profile is ENFJ. There is also extensive speculation that Lady Gaga is either an ENFJ or an INFJ. Regardless, both of the two personality types are extremely similar, more so than most other types when compared to each other. And one of the hallmark qualities of an ENFJ is storytelling. And the ability to identify the elements of a story that will resonate with the listener and help translate the message of the speaker successfully to the listener. And that often means that they bend or mold the actual details of the true experience to better fit the story line, so that the listener clearly and easily understands the overarching message. It's not lying. Because there is not an intent to mislead. But there is an element of editing the truth. But it's all in an effort to more succinctly communicate. Puddin 1,207
I understand why she does, I do it myself () but I just can't explain it. I don't think she's intentionally lying, I just think her answers vary on how she's feeling for the day. And techincally, contradicting answers, are still the truth because that's how she felt at that time..?
Javier Gallo 199
She is always speaking and behaving differently. She has as much personalities as outfits in her archive.

I understand that because I do that too. For example Gaga can be playing with the way she interprets the word 'fame' in different contexts, because she herself gives it a different meaning than other people do. When talking to Jame Lee Curtis about how she never sought 'fame', she's trying to say that she never sought a life of solitude , paparazzi and being dehumanised. When she was younger and spoke about how she would've died to have 'fame', she was saying that she wanted nothing more than to be confident, successful, well known, and an influential figure who could impact society. And both of those things are different interpretations of the word 'fame', which she uses interchangeably depending on who she's talking to and the context of her sentence. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

You proved the point I was trying to make perfectly while also bringing it back to Gaga context. Thank you!!
