Clinton appeals to minorities because of that. They aren't emboldened enough to take risks as big as Sanders proposes because they aren't comfortable enough to dream of revolutions like many young, white males. So all she has to do is stand on policy. She's repeatedly iterated her support for them. Sanders only did so ONCE in New York before the primary.
