Luxe Ford 3,481
I was just saying that I was fed up with having opinions, but no, I don't think she scrapped a complete album. She *might* be indecided on the final form of it, but I honestly don't think Interscope would allow her to start from scratch now. What happens in Luxe Ford stays in Luxe Ford

Tragic, just tragic. I didn't become a fan of hers for listening to jazz covers with and old grandpa so good luck to her new career. I'm not gonna follow her to this boring path she chose, that's for sure. Okay

LG5 was mentioned so many times, while only Tony talks about TonyGaga! If you do some pop history research you'll find that most pop singers release albums every 2, 3 or even 4 years, so it's perfectly normal that it's taking her 3 years, especially since it's a very important album at this point of her career.. We should actually be grateful that these 3 years are full of other projects and not just her hiding, she's so hardworking and not boring at all! She just keeps everything a secret to surprise us, unlike the overhyping she did with BTW and ARTPOP, that ultimately backfired!
Iwontell 7,312
She's trying to figure out what she really wants to do next...it takes time and it takes coming up with a lot of ideas just to knock them down when new, better ones come along... The bane of Gaga's career has been for a long time exposing the process of creating whatever it is bf it's finished...everyone else knows to keep their mouth shut about whatever project they're working on until it's released, so the audience thinks the process has been assertive and smooth...you know... To be fair, Gaga has actually learned to keep it to herself...now it's up to the ppl surrounding her to learn to do the same... ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.
elijahfan 26,426
I have to admit I'm still really wondering what she was supposed to do at the Grammys before it turned into a Bowie tribute. I mean, we know Gaga isn't the kind of artist who would come out of the blue and just do a medley Britney-style, right....
ImTired 3,955
I just wish we got the used songs leaked like we used to.

Releasing two jazz albums within two years whereas she hasn't release any pop album doesn't seem like a priority to me. Starring in AHS for second year in a row doesn't seem like a priority to me. Probably Til It Happens To You, so I'm glad that... okay okay I'm not glad that Bowie died but the tribute was so much better than another TIHTY performance.. I always had a love/hate relationship with that song for some reason, loved the Billboard Women In Music performance though!

I see what you mean, but it's not like these jazz albums take sooo much time to make.. They're covers after all.. I think you should take a look at the big picture.. These projects help her career and image in general. And honestly, she's a singer and musician and she does that no matter if it's "traditional pop" or modern pop. I see the jazz albums as supporting her future comeback in pop. Yeah, C2C was enough in doing just that, it helped her heal from the ARTPOP era's criticism.. So why C3C? Well, you see C3C is useful too, cause it'll be the answer to those claiming C2C was just a marketing trick and not a genuine effort. (And probably give her another grammy too! )

People want new pop music from her, they know she can sing, they know legends trust and recognize her talent but the whole jazz inversion won't work this time. Juanjo 2,170
I think she did. I do believe they were ready to roll, but hen the Bowie tribute bought her some time to start over. Oh, Gaga.
