lol bye

When you get a career like Gaga's, then we'll talk.. Seriously,  hate when people try to get attention by bashing out Gaga (or any other celebrity tbh). Like, why are you that desperate..

How embarrassing. Having to talk about a 4-year-old incident to promote their new record. Sad, really.

Sister

She probably hates Gaga more than most because strangers who don't know who she is, come up to her and say, "you look just like Lady Gaga". Can you imagine? I can. People say I look like this girl AND Lady Gaga.:hor:

They took offense for some reason when Gaga asked them to open for the Born This Way Ball. When she offered them it they retaliated like she insulted them, and have been firing shots at her since. Just because she asked them to open for her.

They took offense because they felt like Gaga was using alternative support acts to pretend that she was more than a generic pop star, to make her look better. They mocked the idea that Gaga chose them because she liked their act, saying it was purely driven by selfish reasons.

When Gaga then replied with "u dont have a hit" they laughed at her even more saying that only proved their point: she's not in it for the music, she's just in it for money and she'll use artists who actually do care more about artistic quality (as a leech, if you will, I'm sure that's what they're getting at here) to pretend she's on their level.

It's quite an interesting argument. But I wish they'd be more clear about it, because they do just look like random haters now, when in reality, I'm sure a lot of people would agree with them or at least agree that they have a valid point if they'd explain it like I did above.

+ I really see this as them 'bullying' her. If you don't like her, shut up and stay professional.

No need to act like a 3 year old. Bad manners.

Kind of like how they music sounds and is produced...

Getting an explanation out of them that is well thought out will result in years of rehabilitation and accepting that they too are fake.

This does make more sense when you actually explain what they are getting at, and to be honest to actually believe Gaga when she says "music not the bling" would be naive, Gaga's spending habits and writing habits in the past prove that she is very much in love with her money.

However I also feel that Gaga's artistic drive and content does put her above other popstars

Gaga was probably just being sarcastic as she always is. She was like "You think I am using you for money or for a real artist reputation?" and then she responded with "you don't have a hit", to laugh it off in their face. Kind of how she was very superficial during The Fame era when that is what she was criticizing, or when she called herself a flop in the ARTPOP/Applause video, or when she wore that big pink costume when the media was calling her fat. She just loves to over exploit whatever they accuse her of. Knowing Gaga I am pretty sure she was really interested in them when she first contacted them.
