I'm not a lawyer but this is the simplest answer to this and the most explicable. Bey's managment doesn't give a damn about being shady.. that's so unprofessional. That's not how it works, she's featured in the song so the song should be (ft Lady Gaga) for always. She could probably actually file a lawsuit for failing to credit her brand.
